We want you to love your new product ! Sometimes your project changes or something is not working the way you thought it would. Never fear, we are here to help!
30 days return policy
If you are not satisfied or the product does not work with your order,
we will be happy to authorize a return within 30 days
It should be noted that customized products do not support returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at sunny.guan@contecmedl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Usually we will refund the customer after receiving the returned package and confirming it

If the product has quality problems, we will pay the returned freight
For other reasons, the customer pays the freight for the return and exchange

The return must include all parts, parts and accessories included with the product, including packaging. If the return received is incomplete or damaged, it may be rejected.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns may take up to 1 week to process, not including transit times.
In order to get the best service and reduce the risk of lost/damaged returns, we recommend sending them via a traceable shipping method. There is no guarantee for lost packages sent via non-tracking methods
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please don't return the goods maliciously. For orders purchased in bulk, if you want to return more than 40% of the total order amount (not related to product quality), we have the right to refuse, or deduct the corresponding delivery freight and 10% handling fee from the return amount.
